WorkSafeBC and CEU reach recovery agreement

VICTORIA — WorkSafeBC and the Compensation Employees’ Union (CEU) have announced a tentative agreement under the Shared Recovery Mandate.

Details about the agreement will be released after ratification is complete, a news release reads.

The CEU represents roughly 3,000 employees working in positions WorkSafeBC.

Negotiations for the agreement surrounded improvement to public services and health care while supporting economic recovery for B.C.

Keep an eye on the Journal of Commerce for further details on the agreement when they are released.
